Feed the Butterflies

Travel the Pollinator Path, walk through the wooden doors and enter a spectacular world as our famous Butterfly House. See their beautiful colors up close, learn about their lives, and even feed them in daily sessions. It’s one of the best experiences on the Cape, and perfect for an unforgettable photo for the whole family.

Do I need to reserve a time slot?

It is not necessary, but highly recommended. You may book your time slot online. Walk-ups based on availability.

Do I need to pay admission?

Yes, Feed the Butterflies is an add on. You must pay admission for your entire party or show your membership or other discount cards when you check in at the Butterfly Desk.

Is there a member discount?

There is no member discount for Butterfly House Visits or Feedings.

Where do I check in?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled feeding time and check in at the Butterfly Desk inside the front door.

How long is a Butterfly House visit / feeding?

Butterfly House Visits last 15 minutes. Butterfly Feedings last 20 minutes.

Can we have a group larger than 8?

No. Town of Brewster occupancy rules restrict the number of people (no matter age) that may be in the Butterfly House. Groups larger than 8 will need to book multiple time slots.

Can I bring my stroller?

Strollers are not allowed inside the Butterfly House or inside the Museum.

Is the Butterfly House wheelchair accessible?

Yes.
