Bird Walk & Talk
Join CCMNH Field Guide, Karl Fryzel and explore the birds of the season in 4 different habitats: marsh, meadow, woodland, and seashore. Participants will spend time looking for and listening to birds in each of these four habitats after a brief introduction to the Museum. The walk will also explain and utilize some of the latest birdwatching technology tools. It is suggested that participants bring binoculars and a smart phone.
Karl is a CCMNH Field Guide, an amateur birder and a Mass Audubon certified field naturalist. He is a self-educated ornithologist with numerous birding certificates including The Cornell Lab of Ornithology’s Comprehensive Bird Biology Certificate.
