In addition to opportunities at our two locations: the Green Briar Nature Center in East Sandwich and the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster, the Coastal Explorer can go mobile with our Outreach Program.

The STEM programming for the Coastal Explorer focuses on Life Science, Earth & Space Science, and Physical Science, particularly those areas addressed by the Massachusetts Science & Technology Framework. Programing for school visits is tailed to meet the grade level standard and current curriculum for the target audience.

While priority is given to elementary/middle schools in Brewster, Chatham, Harwich, and Sandwich, the Coastal Explorer is also available for visits to other school districts, community centers, and events.
