Share your love of nature. Become a Field Guide or Museum Interpreter!
The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is interested in finding “lovers of nature” who would like to become volunteer naturalists and share their love of nature by walking the trails of CCMNH and/or interpreting Museum exhibits.
This year’s Field Guide/Interpreter Training Course will consist of five Thursday sessions from 9 am-2 pm and four Saturday sessions from 9 am-Noon starting on Thursday, April 1 and ending on Saturday, May 1. Interested applicants must call the museum to register at 508-896-3867.
Field Guides are prepared to take school children onto the trails in the Spring and Fall and to lead tourist and family walks during the summer. The training program also prepares volunteers to serve as interpreters within the Museum and guides for special Museum programs.
For further information, contact the Museum at 508-896-3867.
