February 27 The Future of Coastal Marshes and Sea Level Rise with John Teal
On Saturday, February 27 at 2 pm the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster will present the lecture The Future of Coastal Marshes and Sea Level Rise with John Teal, Scientist Emeritus, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Member/$3, Non-Member/$5.
John Teal was one of the first people to identify the importance of salt marshes in the delicate balance of our coastal ecosystems. He co-authored the classic book Life and Death of the Salt Marsh in 1969 and is a champion for salt marsh protection and restoration.
